Lechonsilog

A popular Filipino pork dish that is stewed in lemongrass, garlic, bay leaves, garlic and onions then deep-fried to perfection. It is golden and crunchy on the outside but moist and flavorful inside. Served with Garlic Fried Rice, seasoned sunny side up eggs, atchara(pickled vegetables) and lechon sauce.
